How to Unlock the Debt Collector

Debt Collector Guide

The Debt Collector is a Secret faction unit in The House TD 2. Unlike gacha pulls, it has a deterministic unlock path through the Omni faction tree — documented by the community in the official Discord mod FAQ (2026-08-12). The Upgraded Debt Collector is a separate unit added with The Gardens update.

Unlock steps

  1. Get the Debt Collector Upgrade from the Omni faction tree.
  2. Summon from the Tomb — after the upgrade, Debt Collector can be obtained in tomb summons.
  3. Upgrade him with the Collection Agency upgrade from the Omni faction tree.

Notes

  • Faction coins are awarded to the faction with the most units in your squad at the end of a run (ties pay Omni) — Omni tree progress comes from running mixed or Omni squads.
  • Upgraded Debt Collector is a support/farm unit (0 DPS, farm role) — listed as “Waiting for More Data” tier on the community database.
  • New urns (other than Giggletrap + Premium Urn) were untradeable for the first few weeks of a major update — check patch notes before trading.
